Eating Disorders and associated co-morbid problems/conditions, I focus on addressing a wide range of concerns, including relationship issues, unhealthy family dynamics, life transitions, impaired body image, self-esteem, and mood/anxiety disorders. In addition, I provide therapy to individuals dealing with self-destructive behaviors, struggles with life transitions, relationship problems, and other general psychological concerns. When working with families and couples, I am experienced in addressing eating disorders, supporting them through transitions, and resolving issues related to impaired communication.
Providing individual psychotherapy, family/couples counseling and group therapy.

I am passionate about providing education and outreach to the community on topics to include but not limited to Body Image, Signs and Symptoms of Eating Disorders, Eating Disorder in Midlife and Support for Supports with Eating Disorders.
Venues may Include schools, workplace, conferences, parent groups and youth groups.
I am an approved supervisor by the state of Maryland to provide Supervision for social workers working towards their LCSW-C licensure. I am an International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals (iaedp) Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) & an iaedp Approved Supervisor (CEDS-S); one of a limited number of professionals nationwide to achieve these distinctions after completing a rigorous set of criteria for the evaluation of education, training, knowledge and experience.
I am available for individual and/or group supervision as well as consultation regarding the treatment of eating disorders.
