I provide psychotherapy to adults, with a particular focus on Eating Disorders. I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, body image issues, self-destructive behaviors, relationship difficulties, and other psychological concerns. I offer support to family members, partners, and loved ones of those living with eating disorders or other mental health concerns, helping them manage their own challenges, improve communication, and feel more confident in providing support.
My approach is integrative, tailored to the unique needs of each client. Drawing on research, evidence-based interventions, and my clinical experience, I use a range of therapeutic modalities. These include Psychodynamic Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, along with other approaches as appropriate.
As your therapist, I see myself as a partner and guide in the change process. I understand that ambivalence and resistance are natural parts of growth, and I work to provide both compassion and direction. I also offer education on eating disorders, depression, anxiety, family systems, and communication patterns to help clients and their loved ones understand and navigate challenges.
In addition to my clinical work, I provide supervision to licensed graduate social workers pursuing advanced licensure, as well as to clinicians specializing in eating disorders seeking certification as eating disorder specialists. I remain committed to ongoing learning, training, and professional development so I can offer the most informed and effective support.
